普通にビルド自体はできるけど警告が出ているので気になった
Multiple plugins with the same name 'pthreadvc2' (found at 'Packages/com.spoiledcat.git/sfw/win/x64/pthreadVC2.dll' and 'Packages/com.unity.xr.picoxr/Platform/Plugins/Windows/pthreadVC2.dll'). That means one or more plugins are set to be compatible with Editor. Only one plugin at the time can be used by Editor.
解決法
エラー通り重複が原因なので片方消す
￥プロジェクトのフォルダ\Packages\PICO Unity Integration SDK ***\Platform\Plugins\Windows 内にあるpthreadVC2.dllを削除
もう一方を削除してもよい
